WHAT FEES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
** We work on a 'No Sale – No Fee' basis **
sos-sellourstuff deducts 25% from the final selling price.
1) eBay Listing Fee = £0 per item
2) eBay Insertion Fee at cost = approx. £1 - £2
3) eBay Final Value Fee at cost = approx 10%
4) PayPal Fees at cost = 3.4% + 20p per transfer
5) sos-sellourstuff commission at just 25%


WHY SHOULD I USE sos-sellourstuff TO SELL MY ITEMS ON EBAY?

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM DOES NOT SELL DURING THE AUCTION PERIOD?
If your item doesn’t sell, you will be notified by e-mail. Depending on the interest shown re your item, we will re-list it at a reduced price, you can pick it up within 2 weeks or we will donate it to charity.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR COLLECTING ITEMS?
sos-sellourstuff does not charge for collecting items from the seller, but Congestion Charge, Pay & Display, Meter charges etc will be passed on to the client if applicable.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE MY MIND ONCE THE ITEM IS ALREADY ON EBAY?
Where a seller wishes to cancel a sale, sos-sellourstuff will charge £5 per item as a contribution towards handling fees plus the cost of listing the item. If the item is already on eBay and has received a bid, the handling fee (including the listing fee) is £20.00 per item.


HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT BEFORE I RECEIVE ANY MONEY?
Buyers are given up to a week to return any item sent by mail, if they are unhappy with it. Payment will be made within a month after this cooling off / refund period is over.
Please note that winning bidders who delay in paying for items bought will cause delays in sending out your cheque/ bank transfer. In addition, occasionally a winning bidder may not pay for your item. In this case we will cancel the original auction and relist your item. The amount of your cheque and time of payment will be based on the result of this new auction.


CAN I DROP MY ITEMS OFF AT YOUR PREMISES?
Yes – that is fine. Just call or email us to make an appointment to come over to run through your items.
